She answered my email inquiry about a house I was looking at. Her phone call was what encouraged me to keep looking and be in touch. I did just that, We went through a near purchase. Although I did back out of buying, she assured me that was a good decision. Our partnership did not stop there. When the next affordable house came up, she was at the house Face Timing me with a virtual walk through. It was touch and go the day we needed the seller's acceptance of an offer. During that day we must have texted and called a dozen times. It was nerve racking for both of us. Her final call was that I got it. I was in disbelief but so excited as was she. When I saw the house in person for the inspection she greeted me with a big hug. It was as though we had known each other for a long time. Again, the walk through was virtual and we looked for things we both knew to look for. Smooth sailing after that right down to the keys in the lock box with a code. It is not just Teresa's availability but her willingness to work with me from a distance, I felt like this was so hard to purchase without my being there, She assured me I was not alone and that she would be with me the whole way. And she was. Teresa is not just a person who helps sells/buy houses. She is what the word agency really means. Acting on my behalf, being my ears and eyes, and communicating my needs and desires to others made us a team. Putting me in touch with the right people at the right time for the right reasons made my house purchase journey a whole lot less stressful. She is a guardian angel. I wish she could help me sell my house in CT but I know that is not possible. Having met her I am better equipped to handle this sale. Kudos to Teresa for a fine job done.
